Tofu is soft and silky, a versatile and nutritious ingredient which is ideal for vegetarians and those needing dairy-free protein. This Organic Firm Tofu is made in Japan and is GM free.
The tofu is rich in protein and takes on the flavours of the marinades and sauce it is in. It is very versatile and a good pantry item.

Easy ways to use this tofu
- Quick stir-fry: drain, pat dry, cube and pan-fry for 6–8 minutes, turning gently.
- Soups and curries: add cubes for the final 5–10 minutes so they absorb the sauce.
- Simple marinade: coat with soy sauce or tamari, ginger and a little sesame oil before cooking.
Pack size: 300g — enough for around two main-meal portions.
Complete the dish: add organic sesame seeds for extra texture.
