Freeze dried fruit is available as whole fruit, fruit mixes, chopped fruit nibs and powders. Freeze drying preserves the natural shape, colour and goodness of the fruit - perfect for brightening up bakes and adding to cereals.
I've never had these before and wanted to give them a go. They are lovely nutty flavour when I put them into my air fryer with a little seasoning lovely snack also lovely in .y red rice too
