Freeze dried fruit is available as whole fruit, fruit mixes, chopped fruit nibs and powders. Freeze drying preserves the natural shape, colour and goodness of the fruit - perfect for brightening up bakes and adding to cereals.
The oat flour is lovely and makes creamy porridge. But I gave 4 stars as packaging for flour is thick plastic and appears not to be recyclable. Delivery packaging very good, cardboard and paper.
Always loved prunes. Even more so now that I have found yours with no additives or preservatives.
Given 4 stars because there were about 10% that were dried out, and hard.
