Refund policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us, so please get in touch as soon as possible if you're not satisfied with your order, for whatever reason.

We have a 14 day refund policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a refund. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

It helps us to know why you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can put things right, therefore please let us know your reason(s) for requesting a refund. 

We will only cover the cost to return an item if it is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If you wish to return the item for any other reason, you will need to cover the cost of returning the item to us to receive a refund. 

If your request for a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
