Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver throughout mainland UK. Delivery is free on orders over £49 and under 20kg.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and arrive within 2–5 working days.
Can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details where available.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so unfortunately changes cannot always be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

Are your products organic?
Many of our products are certified organic. This is clearly stated on product pages where applicable.
How should I store my products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and reseal after opening.
What if an item is out of stock?
We regularly replenish stock and aim to restock popular products as quickly as possible.
Packaging & Sustainability
Do you reuse shipping boxes?
Absolutely. We try to recycle and reuse shipping boxes whenever possible. If your order arrives in a box that's had a previous life, it's all part of our effort to reduce waste and make the most of perfectly good packaging materials.
What is your packaging made from?
Our durable bags are made from PET/PE material and feature a strong resealable click seal.
Are your bags recyclable?
Not yet. We are actively investigating more sustainable alternatives that maintain product freshness.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Can I place a bespoke or bulk order?
Yes. We regularly assist customers with bulk purchases, events, gifts and bespoke requirements.
Do you supply businesses?
Yes. We work with retailers, cafés, restaurants and food businesses throughout the UK.
