Ceylon cinnamon powder has a delicious mild and sweet aroma with a distinctive and fuller flavour than cassia based cinnamon. Excellent for adding to cakes, cookies, muffins and egg custards, and for adding flavour to porridge, hot chocolate and cappuccinos.
