Overnight Coconut and Mango Chai Pudding
1 small pot of Greek Yogurt
4 tables spoons of your desired Milk
2 table spoons Chai Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1 tablespoon Desiccated Coconut
Topping
1 tablespoon of Freeze Dried Mango Cubes
Method
Place yogurt, milk and vanilla essence in a bowl and mix together until all combined.
Mix in chai seeds, and coconut.
pour into a jar or bowl, cover and leave for a minimum of fours hours or overnight.
Top with the freeze dried mango and eat straightaway.
You can top with any freeze dried fruit, fresh or dried fruit. Seeds and Nuts are also a welcomed addition.
