Flax Egg Replacement
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 3 tablespoons of warm water
1 tablespoon of flax is the equivalent to 1 medium egg in a recipe.
If you only have seeds grind first with a pestle and mortar, then place ground flax in a bowl with water and mix well.
Transfer to the fridge for 15 minutes until it becomes gelatinous and sticky; this is then ready to use.
