Originally a mixture used by Ojibwa Indians, and introduced to Rene Caisse, a medical nurse, in 1922. This calming and cleansing herbal combination provides valuable support for the immune system, the digestive system and blood circulation.
Ingredients:
Tea: 90g Loose Tea: Sheep's Sorrel, Burdock Root, Slippery Elm Bark, Turkey Rhubarb Root.
How to take the Rene Caisse Tea
Tea: - Soak 30g in a litre of filtered water overnight. Bring to a gentle simmer for 15 minutes. Strain and add 2-3 tablespoons of honey to preserve. Store in fridge for up to 4 days. Drink a small cupful (approx 125ml) 2-3 times daily on an empty stomach.
