25% Nettle, 20% Goat's rue, 15% Fringe Tree Bark, 15% Barberry, 10% Cinnamon (PG), 10% Jambul, 5% Gentian (alcohol 29% vol.)
Standard usage
1 capsule, 3 times a day, taken with food or a drink. If desired, up to three times this amount can safely be taken.
SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE - 12-15 drops 3 times a day in a little water or juice. If desired, up to twice this amount can safely be taken.
