A vine-like plant which has been used for centuries in India and Pakistan and is now becoming better known in other countries. Traditionally, Gymnema sylvestre is used to help the body maintain a healthy blood sugar balance. One of it’s common names is ‘Gurmar’ which translates as ‘sugar-destroyer’.

Drops - Gymnema sylvestre fluid extract only (alcohol 45% vol.)
Standard usage
1 capsule, 3 times a day, taken with food or a drink. If desired, up to three times this amount can safely be taken.
SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE - 4-6 drops directly onto tongue before a meal or when desired. Or 12-15 drops 3 times a day in a little water or juice. If desired, up to twice this amount can safely be taken.
