Baked for Seggiano in small batches during the run up to the festive season, our panettone is handmade by a zealous master baker in Brescia. He has been perfecting the recipes of his traditional Italian dolci for over 30 years.

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, raisins, candied orange peel (orange peel, caster sugar, glucose, natural vanilla extract), BUTTER, caster sugar, organic EGG YOLK, candied lemon peel (lemon peel, caster sugar, glucose, natural vanilla extract), Italian acacia honey, orange zest, sea salt, BARLEY malt.
It may contain traces of nuts, almonds and hazelnuts.
Always store this cake in a cool, dark place. Once opened, reseal the packet to maintain freshness. Consume within ten days of opening.
