Whole clementines are candied using a traditional slow method to preserve the fruit flavour, and then halved and dipped in dark chocolate. Sweet citrus with a hint of bitter zest pairs magically with luscious dark chocolate. Indulge in these little traditional dolcetti after a meal, with good coffee or tea
