Our organic whole blanched almonds are shelled and gently blanched with water/steam before being hot air dried, cooled and graded. Blanched almonds are ideal for baking - think Bakewell Tarts and Dundee Cake! They are ivory in colour with a smooth texture and sweet taste. Great in cereal too.
