Soft, fluffy cous cous made from whole wheat grains

Organic wholemeal couscous is produced from selected durum whole wheat semolina. Cous cous requires very little cooking - simply add boiling water and stand for 5-6 minutes minutes to create a soft, fluffy substantial whole food.
With its very mild flavour, wholemeal cous cous is a versatile ingredient and a great base for adding flavour and taste from other ingredients.
