Coconut sugar doesn't taste like coconuts. Instead it has a mild, caramel flavour that works well in cakes, cookies and quick breads.
- Contains trace amounts of magnesium, potassium, zinc, iron and B vitamins.
- Considered sustainably grown as the coconut palm tree produces 50-75% more sugar per acre than cane sugar, while only using 20% of the resources
