This smooth, buttery bean is ideal for adding into soups, salads, veggie burgers and meatballs, casseroles and stews. A versatile ingredient for vegetarian and vegan cooking, and a must-have for minestrone soup.
Dry cannellini beans must be pre-soaked before use and then boiled until they are tender.
