Raisins are a nutritious snack on their own, or add them to home made muesli bars, porridge and cereals, cakes, cookies, hot cross buns, flapjacks and fruit breads.
Infinity Foods Organic Raisins are produced from organically grown white grapes of the Thompson seedless variety. They are coated with organic sunflower oil to prevent agglomeration. They are firm but not chewy and brown to black in colour. Ideal to snack on, to add to a breakfast cereal or top a yogurt. Used in baking of cakes, cookies, flapjacks and muffins.
