This is a fine yellow flour for creating batters and exotic dishes. Gram or Chana Dahl is a member of the chickpea family. It mills into a fine yellow flour which is a rich, natural and Gluten Free source of protein and dietary fibre. Milled from chana dal, gram flour is sometimes called besan flour. This fine yellow flour is useful for fritters, batters, pancakes, sauces and as a vegan egg substitute.

Gluten Free Xanthan Gum is advised to use when making delicate items to help support with the structure of the product and give it a little more elasticity.
