Rosemary is popular in a range of Mediterranean dishes from meats to soups, and from vegetables to casseroles.

Dried rosemary leaves are commonly used in French, Spanish and Italian cookery. Rub into lamb before roasting and sprinkle over your roasted potatoes and mixed vegetables.

Rosemary is also wonderful to infuse oil and gently scatter over salads or in bread.
