Ingredients

• 250ml milk of your choice
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon sweetener of your choice
• A splash of rum or whisky

Top with vegan marshmallows or whipped cream and chocolate shavings

Method

1. Whisk together cocoa and milk, add cinnamon stick, sweetener and alcohol if desired.
2. Heat gently, stirring all the time - do not allow to boil.
3. When steam is rising from the milk, pour into your favourite mug and top with either vegan marshmallows or whipped cream and chocolate shavings, or if you wish all three!
