Ingredients
- 250ml milk of your choice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon sweetener of your choice
- A splash of rum or whisky
Top with vegan marshmallows or whipped cream and chocolate shavings
Method
- Whisk together cocoa and milk, add cinnamon stick, sweetener and alcohol if desired.
- Heat gently, stirring all the time - do not allow to boil.
- When steam is rising from the milk, pour into your favourite mug and top with either vegan marshmallows or whipped cream and chocolate shavings, or if you wish all three!
