Shipton Mill Organic Cake and Pastry Flour 1Kg
This flour is milled for our soft cake and pastry flour from English organic wheat. The climate here provides excellent growing conditions for soft wheats, which are perfectly suited to creating beautifully light sponges, cakes and batters.
Store in a cool and dry sealed container
Flour is a raw ingredient and therefore should be thoroughly cooked / baked before consumption
The natural properties of the wheat we mill this flour from are ideal for baking cakes, sponges and batters. This is one of our favourite flours for an easy to handle shortcrust pastry, and is especially good in tarts and pies. (Not suitable for puff pastry.)
