Popping corn makes a light, crunchy and low fat snack and can be flavoured to suit your taste - salted or sweet.
- A good form of a starchy carbohydrate and a source of dietary fibre

All you need is a large lidded saucepan with a tight fitting lid add a little oil and your flavour i.e. mixed spice, ginger... and heat, you know once it has cooked as it will have popped! Low calorie too...
