Not suitable for coeliacs
Tapioca flour is naturally gluten free and is a starchy carbohydrate. Great for recreating recipes like mousses, jellies and substitute recipes with regular all purpose flour. It can also make flatbread, cakes, cookies, tortillas and a milky white liquid that is similar to coconut or dairy milk.
