Free from milk, peanuts, egg, soya, palm oil, GM ingredients and artificial ingredients. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Spelt flour has a sweet and nutty flavour. It's versatile and easy to use - it makes excellent scones, cakes, pancakes, pastry and is great for sauce making.
