Rye flour is a finely ground flour that can be added to recipes for cookies, cakes and muffins, as well as quick sweet breads like scones. Mix with wheat flour for a lighter texture. Rye flour is ideal for multi-seeded loaves.

          Very pleased.

          It was the first rime I used Rye flour and I mixed it with wholemeal flour. The result was a delicious loaf - quite dense but very good.
