Whole cardamom seeds, often used in Indian savoury dishes
Use to flavour curry and rice dishes and many Indian desserts and sweets.
Allow the flavour of cardamom to infuse for 15 to 20 minute within the dish or milk for a deep flavour. Cardamom can also be added to tea.
