Delicious Italian Malloreddos pasta, made from 100% organic durum wheat, a touch of semolina and water. A versatile store cupboard ingredient that can be combined with almost any pasta sauce or simply enjoyed with a splash of olive oil and a handful of freshly chopped herbs; deliziosa!
Malloreddos or Malloreddus are also known as gnocchetti sardi (Sardinian gnocchi) and are thin ribbed shells, used widely in Sardinian cuisine.
