I have only been taking this food fr about a week so very hard as yet to tell what effect it is having but delicious to use added to muesli, yoghurt and fruit etc I haven’t yet tried it in a stew or casserole.
However I found no guidance as to a portion- a friend who recommended it to me said 25g per serving ? Seems very substantial
I shall keep it as my daily intake and see how it goes. So far so good !
