      Sour cherries

I really like these freeze dried cherries, they are full of flavour, kind of crunchy and sour but not too sour.

      As described

I've put them in my cake and they gave a nice tart and sour taste which I love. Add in my muesli too so nice I even snack on them when I'm feeling peckish.

These are delicious - the flavour is preserved really well in the freeze drying process great as a snack, added to trail mix, topping breakfast or desserts. Nice for cake toppings

      Lovely taste and colour

Dried raspberries were out of stock so I’ve dried the sour cherries for a change. I’ve used them in my cereal using cranberry juice as I hate the taste of any milk and these were delicious and tangy. Then I tried them in my scones and they came out great as they didn’t alter the rise by making them to wet. So scrumptious
