Paprika is made from a mild chilli pepper known as a pimento.

This is a naturally smoked Spanish paprika, made from smoked pimentos. It has a lovely deep smoked flavour and aroma which complements meats, fish, pulses and vegetables perfectly. Paprika is typically used in Moroccan or Southern-European or Mediterranean cookery. Also great sprinkled on a Spanish omelette.

Ideal for BBQs and a great marinade.
