A flour blend milled by Doves Farm from naturally gluten and wheat free rice, tapioca, maize and buckwheat. This is an alternative to everyday wheat flour which will require a little extra liquid in most recipes.

Suitable for making cakes, biscuits and general baking.

Gluten Free Xanthan Gum is advised to use when making delicate items to help support with the structure of the product and give it a little more rise.
