A flour blend milled by Doves Farm from naturally gluten and wheat free rice, tapioca, maize and buckwheat. This is an alternative to everyday wheat flour which will require a little extra liquid in most recipes.

Suitable for making shortcrust pastry, biscuits, crumbles and as a base in sauce making.

Gluten Free Xanthan Gum is advised to use when making delicate items to help support with the structure of the product and give it a little elasticity.
