A sweet natural replacement for sugar in many recipes, adding a natural elderberry flavour. Freeze-dried elderberry powder is excellent for adding flavour and colour to home bakes, shakes, smoothies and ice cream.

Please note Elderberries contain cyanide inducing glycoside this is destroyed through the processing in freeze drying.
