They have a mild, sweet, taste and are a versatile ingredient for home baking. They are sliced and infused in apple juice to give a natural sweetness. They are then dried to required moisture level and sprayed with a light sunflower oil. Add sweetened cranberries to fruit cakes, flapjacks, cereal bars, fruit breads, porridge and muesli.�/span>
