Date & Mango Energy Balls

Method
- Blend all ingredients together in a food processor.
- Divide mixture into around 20 balls, place on to greaseproof paper and pop into an air tight container until ready to eat.
If the weather is very warm weather, store in the fridge.
You could also add other fruits and nuts such as figs, pistachios and brazil nuts.
Alternative recipes can have oats and seeds added
