Potato starch is used in cooking for thickening sauces, soups and pie fillings. It is a pure white powder which is gluten, dairy and soya free.
Potato starch is washed out of crushed potato and then dried into the bright white flour.

Allergy advice: This product is naturally gluten free, however it is packed in an environment that handles nut products, seeds, cereals, soya and products containing gluten and is therefore unsuitable for those with coeliac disease.
