Seem OK to me!

I had no idea what to expect, just read somewhere that pumpkin seed extract was good for urinary complaints. Thought I'd eat the whole thing as that seemed to be the cheapest way. Indeed they taste good, I take a palmful every day. They seem to be roasted/cooked in their seed cases, not as they appear in pic. Whether I can attest to their medical efficacy waits to be seen.
