Sushi Nori is a "toasted" form of Nori seaweed that is commonly used to wrap sushi, sushi rice and sushi rolls. It is simply cut and used as a wrap.
- Nori wraps are very handy for quick lunchtime snacks or to serve as an appetiser.
- Take a nori sheet and top and spread with filling of your choice and roll, cut into bite size pieces.
- Nori is as nutrient-rich as most seaweeds, containing high levels of minerals, protein and fibre.
Ingredients: Nori (species Porphrya tenera, cultivated, dried and toasted in Japan). No added ingredients.
