Double cut, mixed candied peels for zesty bakes
Mixed peel can be used in the making of many cakes, especially Christmas cakes and puddings, and adds a citrus zestiness. It's also delicious in hot cross buns. Candied mixed peel has a sweet sticky appearance of orange, yellow and sometimes green peels.

Ingredients: Orange Peel (80% of total peel), Lemon Peel (20% of total peel), Glucose Fructose Syrup, Citric Acid, Salt.
